Secret Radio is a piece created by Informbureau (Stephan Shetereff, Mialena Halvadjyiska) and Ligna (Ole Frahm, Torsten Michaelsen, Michael Hueners) where they question the existence of governmental secret services by an intervention on a private and transparent space; the shopping centre.
