in a strip of land, the most southern end of bangladesh almost 1.000.000 Rohingya refugees live. To go to the next cities they need special permits. In 1992 there had also been a huge influx of rohingya refugees. Most of them repatriated within 15 years. About 50.000 still live in Kutupalang and Leda camps. School is provided only till class 5 (just now they are permitted to attend till 7).
Standart in the camps seems to be far better than in poor areas in Dhaka. Just that there is no bit of perspective for the future.
